It will be sixteen days in a fabulous journey through the history of ancient Peru. A trip to the past in the hands of connoisseurs. Discover and marvel at the knowledge and artistic sensitivity of Peruvians, from pre-Columbian times to the present day. During our tour through small and isolated remains to impressive citadels that will be marked by landmarks such as the Moche kingdoms of the north, to Caral, the first human settlement that is recognized as the oldest in America and the center of the power of the Incas in the south., they will show us the most important archaeological remains where we will understand thousands of years of pre-Columbian history. We invite you to enjoy this knowledge that is part of man’s legacy for history.

To the south of Lima is Pachacamac, which was once venerated by the Andean peoples as the creator of the universe, which is why the great monuments that were built in honor of this divine being.
Inside this ancient citadel near Lima, there are impressive enclosures, its pyramidal temples, the sanctuary to the Sun God and the Palace of the Chosen Women, “the Virgins of the Sun”.
This sacred ceremonial site, built over centuries, will deepen your appreciation for the pre-Columbian and Inca history of Peru.
Take the opportunity to have lunch in a restaurant that will offer you a unique experience and savor the exquisite Peruvian food in a mystical place such as a “Huaca” of the ancient Lima culture.
Let’s visit the Larco Herrera Museum, which in the blink of an eye will offer us more than 3,000 years of Peru’s pre-Columbian history. This museum has a large collection of gold and silver jewelry that demonstrate the excellent skill of ancient Peruvian goldsmiths.
Fly to the warm city of Chiclayo and tour the Pomac forest, a carob forest in the desert, where excavations have revealed a fascinating sanctuary from the Middle Sicán period (900-1100 AD), known as Batán Grande.
Walk the roads and appreciate some 50 adobe pyramids, of which many of the gold objects that you previously saw in the Larco museum were found here.
The journey continues in “The Valley of the Pyramids”, Túcume, which encompasses the remains of 26 pyramids, as well as many smaller structures built around 1100 AD. by the people of the Lambayeque culture.
Discover Sipán, for a visit to the mausoleum of the “Lord of Sipán”, one of the most powerful Moche kings of his time, who at his death was buried, along with many assistants and a large part of his wealth, in a complex remarkable funeral home.
And as a finishing touch, we will visit the wonderful “Royal Tombs Museum”, built especially to house the great lord and where the fabulous artifacts of Sipán are exhibited.
